In 1993, the Board and CUPE Local 2045 implemented a gender-neutral Job Evaluation Plan. Job Evaluation is the systematic process of determining the value of a job relative to other jobs within the organization. The parties evaluate every job on a three year cycle, and ensure all job descriptions are up-to-date.
