Staff earnings slips are secured PDF files that are e-mailed prior to pay day. You will need your assigned PIN to open your payslip.

EMPLOYEE FAMILY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Employee Family Assistance Program benefit plan provides confidential counseling, information and referral for any personal problem that may affect your family life, your work life, or your general well being. EFAP is available to employees and immediate family members who permanently reside in the employee’s household. Your employer is never informed of who uses EFAP.

If you filed a claim within the last 52 weeks, you may be able to reactivate the claim. Submit your application on-line or call 1-800-206-7218 (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) and press “0”. If you file on-line and there are still benefits payable on your old claim, it may automatically be reactivated.

To review your extended health claims status, download claim forms, check claims history and see a summary of your plan, go to Pacific Blue Cross.
To log in, you will need your Group number and ID number which are located on the benefit card that you received after being enrolled.

Health Insurance BC administers medical coverage through the Medical Services Plan (MSP) and drug coverage through the PharmaCare and Fair PharmaCare programs.
